Terms and Conditions

This agreement constitutes a binding legal contract between Konrad Bak IT (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) and you, concerning your use of https://honestbot.app and all websites, applications, and communications that post a link to this agreement (collectively referred to as Honestbot).

1. You acknowledge that you have read and understood Honestbot's Privacy Policy.
2. By installing Honestbot to your organization's Slack workspace, you guarantee that your organization authorizes you to do so.
3. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of content posted by users of Honestbot, and we are not liable for it.
4. You warrant that you own the content you publish via Honestbot and that it does not violate any rights of any person or entity.
5. You accept that you cannot:
   • use Honestbot in any way that violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation
   • use Honestbot to impersonate any person or entity
   • attempt to gain unauthorized access to, damage, or disrupt any parts of Honestbot
6. By activating Honestbot's paid subscription for your organization's Slack workspace, you guarantee that your organization authorizes you to do so and agrees to pay fees.
7. Where payments are processed via Honestbot using third-party payment processors, you also agree to any terms and conditions set by those payment processors.
8. We are free to update Honestbot without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of Honestbot.
9. We reserve our right to change these Terms and Conditions in the future. Your continued use of Honestbot will constitute deemed acceptance of our updated Terms and Conditions.
10. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning your use of Honestbot. If a court or competent authority decides that any part of it is unlawful or unenforceable, then that part shall be deemed deleted and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement.
11. This agreement is subject to Polish law. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Poland for any claim or dispute arising out of this agreement.
